Currently we are working originating the FHA Hope for Homeowners ("H4H") loans. Specifically, we are looking for lenders who will accept/purchase the FHA H4H loans and compensate us for these submissions, of course. We are also curious to know of any lenders who will compensate brokers for bringing them their current clients who qualify for this or any other loan program.
Our team has the ability to originate a high volume of these loans (upward of over 100 per month) and we would like to create a streamlined solution enabling us to broker these loans to that lender or lenders.
